Uvest letting replied on my last report and advised they will investigate and get back to me with feedback. It was has been over a week and we have received no feedback.
They deposited only a portion of our deposit into my account. I did not agree to the quote they sent to us for repairs in the property we rented. I was sent an email on Thursday 30/05/2013 to say that Mr David Britz would call me the next day to discuss the matter. I am still waiting for the phone call.
Uvest letting does not keep to there word, they do not give prompt feedback. They have dishonesty deducted money from my deposit, and would not suggest anyone use there services. This is a stressful and terriblesituation to go through.
