Trafalgar Body Corporate, based in Cape Town is managing Crystal Creek among others in Gordon's Bay. Firstly, compared to other complex which are even bigger and have for example 2 pools, whereas Crystal Creek only has 1, has totally mismanaged the monthly levy fee. According to reports, they have lost a lot of clients and I too would like to get rid of them.
I have been in contact with them since approximately 5 weeks now regarding the electric gate which is broken. Do you think it is fixed yet, NO. They just promise it will be done but never ever happens.
What can I do to get them out and find a new Body Corporate???
