Good Morning Dear Trafalgar and the cyber population who may be reading my report.
My query may not be something you could deal with, but I need to voice how my family is being treated at the complex where I live. My mum is an owner and my family and I live with her since the year 2000. This sounds like a regular family living together; right? Except it is so uncomfortable to live in an environment where a body corporate trustee cannot be entrusted when approached with a simple query which relates to the administration and service delivery standards that one would expect when addressing a matter of concern.
last night I was verbally attacked and condescended upon when I approached one trustee (NTBA) with a query which could directly affect where I park my car. I was audibly 'tongue-lashed' and provoked as the trustees avoided the query and began personally attacking me. My query has still not been address and they walked around screaming 'send her a letter' -, this is not an isolated incident and they hide behind body corporate rules when they chose. This behaviour shows a pattern and is bias and unharmonious and extremely uncomfortable. How can we trust this bias trustee?
