After looking at the complaints on your website of companies who do not respond... I was actually relieved to see that it was not only I who experience problems with this company and decided to place my complaint as well! I have been experiencing an ongoing saga for a long time now: more often than not, enquiries are ignored or is responded to only after repeated enquiries are sent to them or if I actually drive there and sit and wait in their reception until I can see somebody! This inevitably leads to irate- and unpleasantness. I enquire about whether my rent has been paid - no response - I enquire about a copy of my contract - ignore and eventually responded after about the 4th request. I enquire about repairs that are outstanding, after being told that it had been done - ignore. I ask contact details for my tenant as I want to market the unit and according to my contract, the tenant must allow viewing - ignore. I have to email and request on a continuous basis, which eventually leads to an unpleasant situation! I do not ask for the moon, just what the mandate stipulates: service and response. Contacting the head office did not do much good either!
