A LA Sport Pro Awning, a product range of Howling Moon, in Pinetown.
A LA Pro Awning was purchased by me, attached to an Alu -Cab camper, in Cape Town. The awning required repairs after our last trip (only 18 months old). I contacted the Howling Moon factory in Pinetown to enquire about dropping it off for repairs. On contacting Howling Moon, I was told that I had to return it to the place of purchase ie Cape Town. As I live in Port Edward, 177 kms from Pinetown and 1508 kms from Cape Town, I find this totally illogical! Send it to Cape Town and then they will send it to Pinetown! Not good service.
I phoned Howling Moon on four occassions to speak to the Manager and left messages, with no response. Also, no response from L A Sport Head Office and the Empangeni Branch.
