DO THEY EVER PICK UP THE PHONE???

I have been calling this station countless times, either they do not pick up the phone or they keep giving you extensions that are being unanswered. will our government officials ever put the people first??? I am frustrated here because i opened a case last year and i was never updated of progress herein and the is still busy obtaining loans under my name, why do we open cases in this instance the investigating officer is nowhere to be found!!! They keep transferring me endlessley... I doubt if they will even respond to this
