My name is Tshepo Mathibela, on Sunday 03/02/2013 i went to Morningside police station to open a case against my cousin, i told them she is the suspect as i have listed my reasons, i gave them statements that has an address where all the orders were being delivered to.the detectives told me the information i am showing them its not enough and i need to do my own investigation, they told me the investigating officer will not have time to go to AVON to look for signed application forms as i need to do it myself, at the moment i am in a situation that would see me not getting my contract renewed as i work for a financial institution that is very strict with individuals credit record, yes i do have some of my debts that i am struggling to pay but when the police, people who have resources and means of investigating such a case require a tax paying citizen to investigate a case on his own i find this very bad in taste.
