In 2010 I opened a business, and until 2012 I had no problems. In 2012 certain Police officials start giving me endless problems, by building a case and closed my business, because believed now after 2years 6 month I am an illegal trader. The case was withdrawn 3 times because they could not prove their case. It happen that the plaintiff and investigating officer is the same Saps official with a criminal record. We lost everything in the process. My children are still suffering. I complained with the National Police directorate but no help. I reported it to Public Protector was assisted but not completely. We are summoned again to go to court for a case that's been withdrawn 3 times. They sit with my stock worth 30 000 for more than a year. I need help. The justice system is failing me on an extreme level. I cannot afford a lawyer anymore, cause the case has been dragging for more than a year. A desperate South African. Help
