I have no idea what to do anymore and need assistance urgently. I have submitted all relevant documentation as requested from the Government employees pension fund, and up to date the only answer I get, is that it is with the legal section and they working on it, I understand that there was a backlog and payouts on divorce cases only started in April last year, but how can it be even remotely possible that there can still be a backlog one year later, I've been divorce since 2011 and it clearly stated on my divorce papers that 50% should be payed out 30 days later... its a year later and still nothing, no feedback and the only time I heard of the agents and supervisors, were when I called them... I need assistance please.
