Saturday morning the lights was off since 4:00am so we thought its a norm as some of the people's lights in the area was off so late afternoon ours was still off and the people around us lights was on we then called city power they gave us a ref no 2139313153 when we called them they said its for waterval str and not ours so they gave us a ref no again when the lady was being rude to us dropping the phone in our ear its 4 days later they still didnt attend to our problem i have a little one at home who is 1year 4 months and a boy of 4 years old how must i make with them this people is really not helpin and it seems like they just dont want to assist us 2139264123
