Power Outages and Lack of Communication

Good Day,

I am extremely disappointed with the service that City Power gives. There has been 2 outages in the space 2 months.
The first one lasted 3 days which was in September during City Power staff strikes, and the second one which began this last Sunday at 11pm and ended this morning at 7:15.

First of all the fact that these outages last for more than 1 day is a huge concern. But the most upsetting part of this is that went the outages occur City Power is unreachable and nobody has any indication of when the lights will come on, all we have to do is wait for the lights to be switch on by them.

This is absolutely poor service delivery. It is extremely inconvenient and frustrating. I would like to urge City Power to do something to minimise the amount of power outages, and when they do happen if they could communicate with the residents as this does not currently happen, we are in the dark literally and figuratively.
