Lights off since the 03 june and we've reported the incident, got a ref:582/3 and they promised to send us people working on standby, but we still waiting, its really frustrating, cause its winter and i have a toddler in the house, and one of my daughter is writing exams she is in matric.and whn i called again this morning the customer service agent gave me bad attitude... telling me that he is not the one fixing the lights.
