WE HAVE BEEN WITHOUT LIGHTS FROM 03FEB13 (SUN), 08.30PM. THE 'FAULT' WAS ONLY RECTIFIED ON MON (4TH) AT 8.30PM! 24HRS LATER! THE LIGHTS WERE OFF AGAIN ON TUES (5TH) FROM 8PM! COMPLAINTS WERE LOGGED AT UR 'WONDERFUL' CALL CENTRE WHO IS OF NO HELP AT ALL! THEY ARE RUDE, AND HAVE THE INTELLIGENCE OF A ROCK! THEY REFUSED TO ANSWER THE CALLS AND I WAS PUT ON HOLD FOR OVER AN HOUR! IM SITTING IN DARKNESS ONCE AGAIN AS THE LIGHTS ARE OFF SINCE 8.30PM!!! THE CALL CENTRE WAS SOMEHOW 'OFFLINE' AS THE CALLS ARE NOT EVEN ANSWERED! PLEASE EXPLAIN WHAT USE THEY ARE IF OUR CALLS ARE NOT ESCALATED AFTER 3 DAYS? A TECHNICIAN IS ONLY CALLED OUT AFTER 1-6 HOURS?? IS HE IN A CAVE RUBBING STICKS TOGETHER OR TRAVELLING ON FOOT FROM KZN?? WE ARE PAYING A RIDICULOUS AMOUNT OF MONEY FOR THE RIDICULOUS PRICE HIKES AND YET THERE IS NO IMPROVEMENT!!! CAN SOMEONE PLEASE RECTIFY THE FAULT ONCE AND FOR ALL BECAUSE THIS IS JUST BEYOND INFURIATING! WE CANT BE SITTING IN DARKNESS AFTER EVERY 12-24 HOURS AND THEN ATTEMPT TO SPEAK TO A BUNCH OF IMBECILES WHO DO NOTHING ABOUT IT! Pageview and Vrededorp service delivery is pathetic
