I Sold my house more than a year ago in Frankfort, The attorneys (Helmut Burger) arranged the settlement account with the municipality and paid it over directly to them, the account was supposed to be settled. I have received a letter through the post today stating that I owe them R1898.27 that is very ridiculous after I phoned and faxed papers through to them to correct there accounts. They have still kept me as the responsible person for the account. The attorneys also contacted them in last year to rectify the new owner of the house and gave them yet another proof of payment for settlement after witch they sent me a account stating that I have a credit by them we paid to much over. Now I get this letter after almost another year. How can people give persons a job that they are not even capable of handling, They have proof of the house been sold as well as full payment and then i still get a bad name and another account which they insist me paying.
