Delink someone's account on my banking profile

I switched over to FNB later this year, and around beginning of October I noticed an old Home loan account linked and added to my banking profile without my knowledge. I phoned FNB and they told me its a residual balance owing on the account for R17k. To my knowledge this was from my ex marriage when house was sold and there was amount payable by both parties. I settled my half of debt on 25 October 2007 and received settlement letter from FNB after I settled my debt. I have since forwarded the same settlement letter to Musa Tshabalala handling the matter as well as proof of payment. They assured me that they will delink this account as I have nothing to do with it and follow up with my ex-husband. I've been unsuccessful with FNB in resolving the matter and to date they havent delinked the account, and still reflects in my banking profile as owing this even after sending proof that I settled my part of the deal. I have trail of emails where we communicated and they promised and I am fed up now, cause I am receiving SMS from FNB to settle the account which I should not be receiving. Can you please assi because i want this matter resolved and its now 3 months dragging.
