On Friday, 19 April 2013 my ADT alarm went on at about 18:20. I called ADT from my burgled home 1.5 hours AFTER my alarm went off... ADT armed response still had not shown up until after 20:00 after I let them know I was burgled!
ADT let me down. The police - CST Molefabangwe, CST Mphahlele, D/SGT Meyer - made me believe in our country's police again. I found them at the scene. They were patient, sympathetic and understanding. They outdone the armed response, that didn't show up even though they confirmed my alarm went off and they knew about it.
Thank you so much to the efficient police! You gentlemen outdid yourselves. Excellent job! I would recommend you over ADT Armed Response!
