Tracker.. Bad ITC.. Deformation of characte

I bought a vehicle quite some time ago and had it fitted with tracker. When I sold this vehicle I never realized the tracker unit was not taken over by the new owner so I had to keep paying it.

Last year I contacted Tracker to pay up my account and clear my ITC record. They informed me it was handed over to attorneys.

I contacted the attorneys and they informed me to pay out my account I had to make a payment of R625.00. I paid this amount into their account and forwarded proof of payment.

I requested a paid up letter but received none and no correspondence thereafter for a month or two.

Then I started receiving letters demanding money again and there is STILL a default on my ITC rating.

I still have the proof of payment for this and the attorneys have the recorded conversations of their staff who dealt with my case.

This is now deformation of character and if not resolved I will take it further and take action against Tracker directly. I want my ITC record cleared immediately, this has gone on for way too long.
