On Friday the 5th of April 2013 i went to SARS to change my banking details..GETRUDE MOLOI was at the customer service area. Getrude Moloi is so rude, she does not wait for a client to finish explaining about their qqueries, she just shoves with a document and says NEXT PERSON. When it was my turn i told her that i want to change banking details and want an NOO document and as i did not have the correct proof of residence document according to the SARS requirement she said i must follow the lady and she will give me the paper that shows the type of documents they want. The lady gave me that paper and i ask her what about my other query and then she told me that i need to go to the que and get a tag so i can be assisted by a consultant. Because Getrude is so rude and impatient she did not listen to what i was telling her.
