Changing Bank details a SARS

If you want to know what bad service is and lack of respect in customers and in your job/work go to SARS in JHB. This morning i went to SARS in town, when i got there i got this long line outside the building; something in me said come back another time but i stood in the line for about 45 min or so eventually, 2 SARS employees came to check our documents, they checked mine and i was told to wait in the Que after standing in a que for some time (it must have been about an hour at this Que, then the second check at the door just before you go in, this guy asked me for my documents, gave him my docs and ID, he asked me to go out on Rissik and make a copy then a consultant will help with certifying it. I was worried of loosing my spot that i was in for more than an hour, I then asked him if i can not get a number then i''l go out to do the copy. He then sent me to a Mpho Moloi who is a Que Marshall i think that's what the're called, gave the docs she said with your copy i can not give you a number, tried to explain she refused, lost my spot went to do a copy came back after a while she told me to stand as there were no seat. Another 45min passed, told me she can not accept my docs!!!
