I experienced that worst customer service from a lady by the name of Yolanda May at the Midrand branch. She was so busy having a conversation with someone outside that she even looked at me then looked the other way. when I was done I asked for her name she questioned me and I asked her to write it on a piece of paper and give it to me she then relized what she did and apologized for what she did. I think Midrand station needs to step up on customer service or ship those rude people out or maybe put them on the Gautrain to nowehere.
