It was on the 19th of july around 19;20 pm, i was at midrand gautrain station to rosebank..it was my 1st time using gautrain, i went to where i was told that i wold buy my gold card from, i was served by a lady by the name of gugu, who told me there were off line and i must use the self service machine, t. i did not have cash with me so i was using my debit card.i must say those machines are not user friendly.i did not know where to put my debit card to buy my gold card, so i went back to gugu to ask her to please show me where to insect my debit card, of which she told me she was with an attitude that she was busy, i was running out of time, i was suppose to be at rose bank by 8pm, so i went to ask security guards and they told me that the were not allowed to assist passangers, i had no choice but go back to gugu as she was the only one availeble, i had to beg her to come and assist me, after 10-15 minite she came i was on the phone by then, she told me not to tell my people that she took her time because she was bussy there was nothing she can do, she said that with an attitude and she said or else she would leave, then she turned her back and left me standing.i had to figure the machine
