My daughter got her drivers licence at Langlaagte late on Friday, 22 March 2013. She received 2 papers: 1 receipt with all details correct, 1 temporary licence with her photo and fingerprint. On closer inspection of the temporary licence we saw that with her photo, fingerprint and signature all the other details were wrong: Another persons name and I D etc. We went back early Monday morning to correct it. Employees there screamed at my daughter, when she got to the front of the she did not get to the same cashier she had on Friday and was told to go back in the line. She was told it was her fault for getting the wrong temporary licence. When I asked to see a supervisor or manager a mr Heidt was called. He was very irritated from the start because I called him. He kept on interrupting me, had no patience, turned his back on us, walked away and ignored us. I'm very concerned about the fact that someone else could have my daughters personel details. No one wanted to investigate, listen to our concerns: identity, etc. Customers there are treated with no patience or respect and should you dare complain the security guards are put on you to remove you.
