I'm writing this to you in faith that you will assist resolving this problem is you did with my first request.

31 August 2011 my house in Ormonde south of Johannesburg was sold and all documents were sent to the municipal by my attorneys. I had a credit on my account and when I called the city of Joburg for a refund they told I should wait for 6 months for registration of new owner. Every month I call them that they should close the account in my name but nothing happens. I sent emails and countless phone calls but nothing is done. I don't think if the new owner does not register it should be my problem because property is not in my name anymore.

My account number is 505504440 for stand no: 48 Silver Brook Trefnant Road in Ormonde.

I need them to close the account and refund me all that's due to me. I have proof that they do read my emails because I get the read report from them but nothing is done.
