On the 4th March 2013 I called the TV licence department to cancel my TV LICENCE due to personal reasons. I was asked to send a email with my reason why. I received a reply from email address [Email Removed] stating to please add my tv licence number or ID number, I did that and mailed back.. I mailed on the 27th March 2013 to find out if my licence was canceled, but since there were no reply..NOW I GET A SMS STATING TO PAY MY TV LICENCE... WHAT... U R JOKING... I had no outstanding balance then, I asked you guys to cancel TV licence, even spoke to Denise, but I was ignored..SORT THIS OUT, I do not own a TV...
