I have a complaint, I went to 1 of ur stores and unfortunately was not helped due to
having my identity document. My Markham store card was wen my car was broken
Into, I was able to do a temporary drivers license and took it with to the store, to my surprise I was declined assistance due to that, temporary drivers licence is 1 of the documents that u can authenticate a person, can u please explain to me wat are the implications of using a temporary drivers to identify a client and as the account holder I was capable of answering any security question coz it's my account.
Your prompt response to this matter will be highly appreciated as I am inconvenienced.
