On 6 February 2013 I went to the department of home affairs Mitchell's Plein, to apply for a passport, I paid R400.00.I waited for a month on 6 March I went to collect but they told me there was no application on my name. On 12 March 2013 I decided to apply for another one, paid another R400.00after speaking to a supervisor who promised to investigate and then refund me. On 2 April 2013 I received my passport the new one. I emailed and sent an sms the supervisor to find out about my refund for the passport that I applied for, he told me the investgation was still on.
