What a rude person!

I have just been contacted by this person from your collections department.

She is extremely rude and has absolutely no people skills at all.

I expect her superior to call me as according to her: 'My supervisor is not working today' - pathetic excuse to dodge a complaint.

I do not condone being spoken to like that and I will only speak to someone of superiority in order to make the relevant arrangements.

Previously I have requested a break down of the costs, amount outstanding and as well as banking details so that I may make payments on this account with no luck.

I expect far better service from Netcare!
