On a daily basis my office uses the "service" of the Deeds Web to download Title Deeds and Aktex's. They have you by the really, cause they are the only "supplier" that can provide these sorts of documentation, and they know it. Therefore they can treat and speak to their PAYING customers any way they want. I have never ever come across such bad service. Every time I call them to ask, AGAIN, what's up with their website I am greeted by a bad attitude and someone thinking they are doing me a favour as it is a government service. When you pay for a service (which by the way, is NOT cheap) then it cant be called a favour! The Deeds Web not only has people with bad attitudes working there but their website is constantly offline, which is ironic cause that is their main way of providing the necessary documentation to service users'. Honestly, I have dealt with several government departments and this is the worst department ever. So unhelpful! Horrible, horrible department
