In 2007 after receiving a letter from sars that stipulates that if your earning less than R12000 theres no need to submit, I then relaxed and did not submit. Years letter in 2011 SARS is sending me sms's and calls telling me that I owe them R6000 for penalties because I did not submit for 2007 and 2008. I went to SARS for clarity I even logged a complaint but all that was rejected I was told that I received salary from two companies. I have collected all my IRP5 certificates to proof that I did not receive to salaries it was a provident fund after retrenchment but I was tend out when going to produce the documentation with the hope that they will clear the amount they told me that I owe SARS. I also receive an sms saying that I should pay the amount of R5450 to avoid legal action.
Money paid, and I was told 2007-2008 IRP5 certificates has been submitted I would like to by who? With what information?
