I received an sms from SARS and asked me to submit my IRP5 for 2008. I then asked to Standard Bank to forward me my IRP5 and they told me to aked Alexander Forbes. I phoned them and they requested me to write a letter.
After writing the letter to them i phoned to confirmed and one the consultant told me that they did received the letter and they are busy processing my requests, i was told to wait two days. When i phoned them I alwayz received promises that the administrator would be sending the IRP5 to me. Up until now I have not yet received my IRP5.The only hope i have is to get this resolved is thi website. I still cannot believe that aftt=er 4 months they cannot email me a copy of my IRP5
