I have emailed Absa's HR Payroll on the 15 August and got this ref [EC: 7D9776DC] for my IRP5 for 2007 as I have, submitted my Tax Return with SARS. Its almost 2month, SARS is waiting for IRP5 from Absa. Called on the 20th got Ref no: I7795629 from Tshegofatso Sebopela, who copied Ronell Van Dyk on the email, regarding my request. I resend my query again on the 21 August and got ref [EC: AF701326]. Called Absa on the 26th spoke to Charlotte Momsen Manager of Hr Payroll, she promised on the 27th I will get the IRP5 as the system was down on the 26, and I forwarded her the emails i had sent to her Department. Today is the 29th August, I still do not have my IRP5 for 2007. I am so hurt, cause this Inconvenience me in a Big way, I use to Work for Absa, and left in 2007, clearly my Instincts were telling me the truth, to leave ABSA. I need my IRP5 ASAP.
