I know I may not have been an up to date tax payer but why do we have a Online (e-Filing) System that's not so user friendly; 1. Yes, security is required if someone wants to access my details illegally but should it be so complicated that I the tax payer cant even use it? Come on! I think we are paying those taxes so SARS can hire better resources for developing their systems and improvement; 2. I have a garnish because i couldnt log on to e-Filing, yes I could've went to a branch to submit but why do we have e-Filing then? Oh and I still can't log on. A very interesting question is if these guys could actually send a garnish to your employer why couldn't they just ask for the TAX documents & process them whilst at it - rather than to suffer from a recurring penalty? If this is the case i know for a fact that SARS hasn't paid me my rebate/refund I would also like to have them paid out as recurring from the first month I never got my refund/rebate (over 3 yrs now)... And as for e-Filing pls have a look at myUNISA website to learn a trick or 2 regarding a better system for the public! As for the e-Filing account that i can't use can it be reset (or can i get another). Thank You
