My municipal account where transferred from Kungwini to Tshwane municipality. I requested them to consolidate the two Tshwane accounts. I received separate accounts for refuse removal and one for the utilities. I requested them to make sure the residential street address occur on the consolidated account. The accounts were consolidated but the residential address do NOT APPEAR on the NEW ACCOUNT. I HAVE NO ACCOUNT THAT I CAN USE FOR FICA PURPOSES, ONLY THE STAND NUMBER ON THE ACCOUNT. I have NO PROOF OF RESIDENCE. Imagine the nightmare: I need a FICA document every second day. Emails send almost weekly the last three months are being ignored.
