I'm wanting to upload all my documents that SARS require but now find out that there is a cap of 20 documents.
This is not mentioned anywhere on the upload documents page on the e-filing website.
The only relevant thing is a cap of 2Mb on 'each' document uploaded.
This is a huge oversight as I've dutifully scanned all docs but now cannot use e-filing to upload.
The only solution given by the pathetic call centre people is to go to a SARS branch or combine the docs to a max of 20.
This is ridiculous!
A cap of 20 docs needs to be made clear upfront as I've now scanned all docs but still need to go to a branch and my deadline is today!
Very frustrating and a complete waste of time!
