Just to do a simple Trust Registration identification for e-filing. I waited 55 minutes to be told there is only one staff member in the office and the reception could not tell me how much longer I was still going to wait. Reception said maybe I should come on another day. I left before my office rage took over. We are SARS customers and this is not acceptable service by any body. I tried to call the office to complain but the customer service center told me they don't have numbers for the manager at the Randburg Office. Talk about blocking the public from complaining.
Will they see this??? I hope so.
