INCOME TAX E-FILING

I completed and submitted my income tax on 21/5/13 on e-filing, unaware that it was too early, and it allowed me to submit. I realized I made a mistake under my medical claims, and it did not want me to file a correction, but after enquiring I was told to submit an objection, which I did on 28/5/13. After several phone calls to 080000 7277 number nobody could assist me. I even paid the SARS office (Alberton) a visit on 28/6/13 to enquire what I am to do. They told me that AI must leave everything as it is; my case is at a team leader. On 3/7/13 I saw there was a message on e-filing about AVS banking and I phoned to enquire, only to realize that now my address do not correspond anymore and that there is a stopper on my account, why I do not know. I paid the office yet another visit on 2/7/14 where I queued 3 times: once for confirmation of address and bank details, once because they said I have to somebody at estates because of my insolvency and once again to get another tax number.
