We have been enquiring for a new Letter of Good Standing from The Compensation Commissioner for more than two weeks to no avail! I have faxed requests to more than 7 fax numbers!! No response!!
They never answer any of the 6 numbers I could find, the call centre tells you what hours you can call and then disengage. When you call the Communications Manager, they don't help you, just give you yet another number to call with no success! We run a business where we can loose big contracts if we can not present an up to date Letter of Good Standing!!
This Government dept is utterly USELESS!! Who is going to compensate our company for the loss of income due to the Compensation Commissioners office lack of response & service???
