After faxing through a request three times together with our proof of payment for a new Letter of Good Standing, still no response. We cannot get through to the Compensation Fund on the telephone as the line is engaged continuously. Our Technicians cannot carry on with the various big jobs that we have without the letter.
This is totally unacceptable and an utter disgrace! This situation must seriously be sorted out.
