We have applied for a Letter of Good Standing since 26 November 2012 and yet we have not received any. This is really becoming a nuisance as we cannot apply for any tenders. Our payments are up to date and we can no longer wait for you to issue a Final Assessment as that is not our problem. I have spoken with one of your consultants on 14 January 2013 at your Head Office in Pretoria! He told me that they are still waiting for the final assessment to be issued.
We have just lost a new contract on Friday, 18 January 2013 from Theewaterskloof Municipality from about R100 000 which could have some serious implications on our Company.
On 18 January 2013 I have spoken to Tumelo at your Head Office in Pretoria at 0860 105 350 and he assured me that this document will be issued on Monday. On Monday, 21 January 2013 I spoke with Tchipane and he told me that we have to wait another 5 working days for a Letter of Good Standing. This is unacceptable as we cannot apply for any other Tenders.
Since yesterday, from abour 13H30 up till now, I am struggling to get hold of this Department, with no success.
We have 2 Tenders for tomorrow. We need this Letter of Good Standing, so please email me.
