Once again Metrorail have proven to be the most inefficient and awful transport system. Yesterday thank to the total lack of communication by the Claremont station and it's employee's, over 300 people had their journey severely delayed, when a train reversed direction and without stopping went to Cape Town Station. My journey home took 2 hours, a journey that normally takes 40 minutes, all because no one could be bothered to communicate to the PAYING passengers, ( that's right the people who pay your salary!) that the train was no longer in service and was returning to Town.
