We have had a problem with estimated billings for the last few months, we have laid numerous complaints but nothing gets done. We went to the municipality to sort out the problem and then the account is fixed for one month, and then the next month its a mess-up again.
The customer care line is non-existent and getting through to a consultant that is actually clued-up or just even willing to help, is nearly impossible.
Why must we keep on paying for estimated readings, when we cant give our correct readings because the meter box has been locked, and you cant see your usage???
