Last year around the 10th month we report to our local water department in White City Jabavu, Soweto that our meter is not counting, they sent one of their men to replace the old meter with the new one, the guy took out the old meter and said will come back to put a new on, a month went pass and no one came back, we went back to the office to report again, then they send someone to serve us with a letter of illegal connection of an amount of R3000.00 to be paid within the stipulated date or will result into water cut-off.
