Firstly I reported a leaking meter-box to the local office on the 11th March, and was only attended on the 20th March whereby nothing was fixed instead water supply was closed in my house. I gain report on the 22nd March and was only attended on the 25th March for your information all this days we did not have water in my house. On that same day the second group who came took off the meter-box still leave us without water then came third group the problem is the yard so its not their problem. Then came the fourth group yesterday the 26 March who install a new meter-box and also claim that their water pressure is okay the red stopper in the yard is preventing water to come in. When reporting this matter the water supply was perfect only the leakage at the meter-box. Now I have hired a plumber to come and check if the is any problem in the yard and he find out that the pine supplying water in the house was blocked had stones inside after working they did not check if the pipe is clean. What I am saying is I am paying the rates every month without sipping a month and in return this is the service i am getting. My question who must pay the plumber? I am also worried about my geyse
