It is now more than a year that I am waiting for Rustenburg Municipality to correct my water meter and water meter readings.

This after I have driven through to Rustenburg in May 2012 and they sent out a person to confirm the water meter reading and water meter number.

Rustenburg Municipality is estimating water usuage but there is no water meter number and estimated readings on my account.

I have been contacting them every month since February and every month end there is still no correction. It seems they believe by ignoring the problem it will go away.
