Since 2012 my water meter is so dirty that you cannot read the figures. I'm not sure where they get the reading on my account from, but I got charge for water. For a period I was not charged for water due to the fact that they could not read the meter. I complained and clean the meter and give the reading to the account department, Cornelia. In November I requested that they fit a new meter, which was not done. Again I received an outstanding high account after no invoices were send out for November. I check the meter and it is still unreadable. I spoke to Manzi this morning, 7 January 2014, and instead of assisting me he accused me for not paying water for 6 months and not complaining. I tried to explain to him that because I was not charged for water I report the dirty meter, but he did not want to here my story. The municipality is wrong and I want to solve the problem, WHY BEING ARROGANT to me???
