Battling since 2011 to sort rates account on new property. Numerous frustrating visits with no progress having taken annual leave to go to their dismal offices 6x where there is a significant pass the buck attitude. Now have 2 rates accounts of varying amounts for same property. Each month final demand fees, interest, finance charges are added. A Norman undertook to investigate in Nov 2013, await a response via email still, perhaps he has left for all I know. I have religiously paid each month the full amount or more, I am in credit, not arrears. I dont know what more to do, they dont give a or respect time, journal entries take 4 to 6months to reflect, credits are not paid out, sent from room to room instead of dealing with customer, they want you to go away. My patience has run out now with receiving demands monthly but they need to apply their minds to their error not penalise me. They dont deserve the job. Is there any senior manager who offers a public service who gives a to resolve, 2011 was long ago, why such a battle?!!
