Non compliance with procedures

I have been submitting UIF 19 forms since November 2013, to update employee information, but as yet the information has not been captured and I have not receivced any assistance in the matter
I ahve contacted -
UFiling support
Dipuo Ditshabe (Website administration)
Petronella (Mamelodi Labour Centre)

But no one seems able or willing to assist me
