Absolutely useless employees

I visited the alberton branch in the 1st week of Jan to apply for my passport. I explained to the guy that it was quite urgent and he told me that it will take 2-3 weeks. I have contacted the customer care dept today (as alberton does not answer they phones, i have tried 2 different numbers for the last hour), and was advised by Bongani (ref 1401050716) that my application was sent to head office but they havent confirmed reciept. I contacted a travel agent to assist me in sorting out the issue and they advised me to contact customer care as my application was not processed by Alberton as yet. Ayanda (ref 1401050817) confirmed that alberton had not captured my stuff after sitting with it for 3 weeks. she has given me a number to contact them but they never answer. Now i understand why there is so much of and corruption. The next time i will rather pay someone a bribe and get it sorted out instead of going by the book.it seems that this country can never get simple things right. i h ave to now drive all the way to alberton to get them to do thier jobs. this is absolutely ridiculous. i would appreciate if this matter could be sorted out ASAP and if a manger could contact me.
