I wanted to open a clothing account with ID but I mistakenly went to Truworths thinking I am in Identity, I then realised that I was in Truworths after I had completed the application form. Well the lady from Carlton Centre managed to persuade me to go continue with my application. Reluctantly I submitted my application form and my account was approved by head office. I then went to Golden walk to sign the contract, when I got there one of the sales consultant gave me pathetic service and I just left quietly because I was now thinking twice about the account. So the lady from head office kept on calling me and sending me sms, I then went to Alberton City where I got excellent service. PLEASE SHOP AT TRUWORTHS ALBERTON CITY THERE IS SILINDILE WHO IS BUBBLY, THE SERVICE SHE GIVES HER FIRST CUSTOMER IS THE SAME SHE GIVES THE CUSTOMER WHO A MINUTE BEFORE SHE CLOSES THE SHOP, THATS SO AWESOME. KEEP UP THE GOOD SERVICE, ONE DAY YOU WILL BE REWARDED FOR THE GOOD WORK.
