I have tried on numerous occasions to phone 8ta at Alberton City, and have complained previously on Hello Peter, I received an email from 8ta telling me they would sort out the problem with the Branch Manager. I cannot believe that this branch (amongst others) do not bother to answer the phone - the first and most simple thing to do within a business!!! The relevant staff members involved should be disciplined accordingly. Imagine how bad the service will be from them when they have already made the sale!
